Planning, Designing and Implementation

Project Planning

Project planning is part of project management, which relates to the use of schedules such as Gantt charts and Primevera Software  to plan and subsequently report progress within the project environment.

The inputs of the project planning phase 2 include the project charter and the concept proposal. The outputs of the project planning phase include the project requirements, the project schedule, and the project management plan.

Project Designing

CAD Design

Project design is an early phase of the project where a project’s key features, structure, criteria for success, and major deliverables are all planned out. The point is to develop one or more designs which can be used to achieve the desired project goals.

Project Implementation

Project implementation (or project execution) is the phase where visions and plans become reality. This is the logical conclusion, after evaluating, deciding, visioning, planning, applying for funds and finding the financial resources of a project. Technical implementation is one part of executing a project.
